I don't think its a d&g dress, will help look for the right designer
Under close inspection the D&G dress is a close ressemblance but notice the straps are different and the logo is not apparent on Suri's dress. I called D&G Junior store in LA to check - there is no such print so I think Suri's dress is a D&G inspired Yang & Holmes creation. : )
She is so cute, I would love to have a sweet little girl like her.
