I'm surprised that Suri always has messy hair and clothes that are too big, too short, too revealing, or not warm enough for the weather. Katie is supposed to be very fashionable and she has said that Suri is too.

The dress looks quite small on her, even in the arms/shoulder, it looks too small for her. It would have been much cuter if the dress fit her right.
