Suri turned 5 in April, she should be in Kindergarten. The cutoff month is September in some districts, but Suri was born right in the time frame to have been in pre-K last year, and then Kindergarten this year. Not only that, seriously, did she wear that incredibly short dress to school? Not appropriate for a girl her age to be wearing in public.
i know some parents are uncling (spelling?) their sons. they let them start school much later cause the theory is a boy is less mature, brain not as formed as a girl his age. don't want them to feel dumb. maybe they are doing the same. gotta check out the dress length again.
It's not a preschool. It's an elementary school. I saw photos at the daily mail site and you could see older kids in the background. It looks like Suri is going to the same school as Katie's design partner, Jeanne Yang's daughters, who are at least 8-9 years old. So definitely not a pre-school.

You aren't forced to put your child in kindergarten when they turn five though, either.
